You'll drive the vision for native integrations and Public APIs serving hundreds of thousands of SMEs — directly impacting revenue, retention, and expansion across European markets. You will report to Josephine, Head of Product. ➡️ What you'll do Define the product strategy for APIs and integrations: Map the competitive landscape, align your roadmap with revenue, expansion, and retention goals, and decide what to build — and what not to build. Manage and scale core integration products: Native integrations (accounting, invoicing, ERPs), Public API, and Developer Portal — you own the full stack. Build relationships with external partners: Ensure smooth collaboration and lasting trust with technical partners while maintaining Qonto's high velocity. You challenge partners when necessary. Champion product quality: Integrations don't just ship fast — they deliver a consistently reliable and exceptional experience. You maintain high standards beyond the initial release. Collaborate cross-functionally across markets: Work with Engineers, Market Directors, Customer Success, and other Product teams to support market-specific integration needs across Europe. ➡️ What we're looking for Deep API and integration product experience: Strong track record as a PM working with API products, Banking-as-a-Service, or complex native integrations. You're genuinely passionate about this space. Strategic product thinking: You map competitive landscapes (looking at best-in-class API products beyond fintech) and define clear product priorities with strong trade-off decisions. Partner management skills: Comfortable engaging with external technical partners, building trust, and challenging them when necessary to maintain product quality. Quality-first mindset: Strong sensitivity to reliability and user satisfaction — you don't consider a feature shipped until it's consistently working well. Curiosity about emerging tech: You keep a close eye on how AI and Model Context Protocols (MCP) are changing the integration landscape — and you translate that into product opportunities. ➡️ What we can offer you One of Qonto's highest-impact domains: Roughly a third of all Qonto users actively use a Connect integration today. What you build touches the core of the product experience. A technical, strategic PM role: This isn't feature factory work. Deep strategic thinking matters more than shipping volume — you'll define the integration strategy for a European-scale platform. The API and AI frontier: Public APIs, partner portals, and emerging technologies (MCP, AI-powered integrations) — you'll work at the intersection of fintech infrastructure and cutting-edge tech. Cross-market complexity: Country-specific native integrations act as key levers for Market Directors. You'll navigate multi-market regulatory and product requirements. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Joséphine, Head of Product at Qonto. Her path? Nearly 8 years at Qonto — Joséphine joined as Product Manager in 2018, was promoted to Lead Product Manager where she spent 4+ years, and became Head of Product in 2025. Before Qonto, she spent nearly 4 years at CANAL+ Group as Product Manager TV, Web & Mobile, where she launched the Cube C (CANAL+'s first fully OTT set-top box). Centrale Lille engineering graduate. What does she bring to the team? Joséphine has grown with Qonto from early stage to scale-up — she knows the product, the organisation, and how to navigate both. She brings deep product leadership experience and understands what it takes to build and ship at Qonto from every level of the PM ladder.
