Subprocessors

This page lists the providers Jobs That Fit uses to process data for hosting, storage, email, background jobs, AI-assisted parsing, and analytics.

Current subprocessors

Jobs That Fit uses service providers to host the product, store data, send email, process payments, run background work, and provide AI-assisted resume parsing. Optional AI writing features are only used if they are available and requested.

  • Vercel - application hosting, deployments, edge/network infrastructure, and production logs.
  • Supabase - database, authentication, and resume file storage.
  • Stripe - subscription checkout, billing, customer portal, payment processing, invoices, and tax or payment records for paid plans.
  • Resend - transactional email and optional product update delivery.
  • OpenAI - resume parsing, structured extraction, and evaluation.
  • Anthropic - optional AI writing features if they are available and requested.
  • Railway - scheduled discovery, source-quality processing, paid-plan notifications, and rematching jobs.
  • Inngest - background workflow delivery and retries where enabled.
  • First-party analytics events - product usage events and performance metrics without resume text or job descriptions.

Data shared with subprocessors

  • Hosting and database providers may process account, profile, preference, job, application, notification, and generated-content data needed to run the product.
  • AI providers may receive resume text, structured profile fields, job posts, match reasons, and generation prompts needed for requested AI features.
  • Stripe receives billing and subscription information but not full resume files.
  • Resend receives email address, template content, and notification metadata needed to deliver emails.

AI provider limits

Jobs That Fit does not sell resume data and does not ask AI providers to train models on user resumes. AI providers are used to deliver requested product features.

Changes

We may update this subprocessor list as the product changes. Material changes should be reflected here before or when a new provider starts processing user data.
