Host / Hostess - Kuwait

We are hiring experienced Host/ Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities · Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating · Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently · Escort guests to tables and provide menus · Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow · Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area · Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary · Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely · Support restaurant operations during busy service periods · Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards · Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests · Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Salary : 135 KD ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum height of 165 cm, a fit appearance and consistently professional grooming Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and coordination skills Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
