Visit </span><a target="_blank" href="http://cdp.net"><span>cdp.net</span></a><span> or follow us @CDP to find out more.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong><em>About the Team</em></strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The Marketing &amp; Communications function’s purpose is to Protect &amp; Enhance CDP’s Brand, Connecting People to the Purpose through Storytelling, to Drive Sustainable Growth.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The Marketing team is responsible for building and stewarding CDP’s brand, developing and delivering campaigns that generate leads and drive audience action to meet organizational objectives, and maintaining high-performance engagement across digital channels.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong><em>About this Role</em></strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The Senior CRM Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, creating and sending emails to our diverse audience base, driving critical action and engagement.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong><em>What you will do:</em></strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Build, implement and evaluate email marketing activity in response to internal briefs and campaign requirements using relevant systems, including D365.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Ensure that email copy is accurate, on-brand, effective and salient for its audience, through a combination of writing from scratch, providing support and guidance to other teams, proofreading and copy-editing. Ensure adherence with tone of voice and brand guidelines.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Work with teams internally to ensure information in emails is accurate, up to date and received by the most salient audience.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Work with other teams to ensure the relevant stakeholders are aware of external comms.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Build and maintain subject matter expertise on D365 Marketing and CDP’s use of it. Train others to use D365 to set up and send emails.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Develop understanding of CDP’s audiences, their requirements and what resonates with them.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Develop understanding of CDP’s CRM data architecture.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Maintain awareness of email calendar and other external comms.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Create and use complex segments and customer journeys in D365 based on best practice and requirements.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Work with colleagues across Marketing to identify, implement and evaluate opportunities to run A/B tests.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Evaluate the performance of email marketing activity, recommend and implement improvements.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Work with the team to suggest improvements to processes and approaches.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team, clear on its purpose and contribution, by:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensuring you know what is expected of you, through regular 1:1’s, having clear objectives in place, and participating in open and honest performance and development conversations</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace, where team members communicate openly, share knowledge so it can be used, and respect difference.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Living the CDP Values and demonstrating the behaviours appropriate to your position.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Internal stakeholders include colleagues across Marketing &amp; Communications, particularly the Campaigns Managers.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong><em>We're looking for:</em></strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience of delivering complex B2B email marketing campaigns within a global organization that communicates in multiple languages.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience of using CRM systems independently.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues within CRM</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Excellent data analysis skills.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong written communication skills.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships and communicate findings clearly.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ability to work as part of a busy team with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Excellent attention to detail.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Salary and benefits</strong>: The salary banding for this role is<span> £32,157 - £40,197</span>/year, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.</p><p>Final offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.</p><p>This is a permanent role based at CDP’s London office. Interested applicants must be eligible to work legally in the UK and live within a commutable distance of the London office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week.
