Around here, we thrive on vision, energy, and a strong sense of ownership.If this feels like your kind of crew, you’ll probably fit right in.<h2>Position Overview</h2>The Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for spiderSilk’s AI-driven security products. This role sits at the heart of the company — partnering with Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence, and Go-to-Market teams to turn complex security challenges into products our customers love. You’ll be responsible for deciding what we build and why, balancing customer needs, technical realities, and business goals to deliver continuous, intelligent, and autonomous security that makes a real difference.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products, aligning them with company objectives and customer needs</li><li>Partner with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize, and deliver features from concept through to launch</li><li>Translate customer pain points, market signals, and threat landscape insights into clear product requirements and user stories</li><li>Make data-informed prioritization decisions, balancing customer value, technical effort, and business impact</li><li>Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement</li><li>Work closely with Threat Intelligence and Security Research teams to ensure products stay ahead of evolving threats</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful launches and strong product adoption</li><li>Define, track, and report on product metrics and KPIs to measure success and guide future decisions</li></ul><h2>Required Experience & Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Manager building technical or B2B software products (e.g. cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or infrastructure)</li><li>Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and modern, agile delivery practices</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear requirements and priorities</li><li>Experience managing a product roadmap and prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams</li><li>Comfort working with data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes</li><li>Strong understanding of the technical and security landscape across global markets</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience building products in high-growth or scaling technology environments</li><li>Familiarity with the cybersecurity domain (threat detection, vulnerability research, attack surface management, or related areas)</li><li>Exposure to AI/ML-driven products and an understanding of how they are built and shipped</li><li>Experience working with engineering teams across multiple geographies</li><li>Background in technology, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field</li></ul>
