Around here, we thrive on vision, energy, and a strong sense of ownership.</p><p>If this feels like your kind of crew, you’ll probably fit right in.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>Past projects you would have led:</p><ul><li><p>Building AI Autonomous Agentic production-ready framework</p></li><li><p>Optimizing the latency of complex database queries in SQL DB or Elastic</p></li><li><p>Adding Redis queues and a worker container to our stack to execute async tasks</p></li><li><p>Come up with a new architecture for our ingestion pipeline with the goal to increase throughput and cut cost</p></li><li><p>Building SDKs or APIs with high focus on DX</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p><p>You should be familiar with a majority of these but we trust that you can pick up a new tech stack quickly.</p><ul><li><p>AI Agents frameworks - Agno, CrewAI, Langchain</p></li><li><p>Backend in Java Spring, Python FastAPI / Flask / Django</p></li><li><p>Elastic, Mongo, MySQL, Redis, S3</p></li><li><p>Kafka</p></li><li><p>Frontend in React Typescript</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in maintenance of highly reliable and scaling infrastructure as well as building AI Agents scalable and production-ready solutions (with context engineering, evals, monitoring)</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership skills</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development</p></li><li><p>Enthusiastic about leveraging AI in product development</p></li><li><p>Hard worker and thrive working and leading a small and accountable team</p></li><li><p>Previous startup or founding experience</p></li></ul><p><em>Bonus</em></p><ul><li><p><em>Experience with or interest in API, SDK design and DX</em></p></li><li><p><em>AI experience</em></p></li><li><p><em>Impressive achievements from previous careers or side projects</em></p></li></ul>
