Heat Treatment Shop Supervisor (Sample Machining) - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Heat Treatment Shop Supervisor to oversee sample machining and heat treatment processes. The candidate will ensure quality compliance, proper process control, and smooth coordination between machining and heat treatment operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise sample machining activities in heat treatment shop Monitor heat treatment processes and parameters Ensure compliance with quality standards and metallurgical specifications Coordinate with production and quality control teams Review machining accuracy and sample preparation standards Maintain process documentation and reports Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures Lead and guide shop floor technicians and operators Department: Production Division: Heat Treatment Category: Supervisor Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy Heat Treatment Certification (Mandatory) Supervisory Training (Mandatory) 6–8 years of experience in heat treatment and machining operations Strong knowledge of metallurgical processes and quality standards Leadership and team management experience Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
