Shake Out Operator - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Shake Out Operator to remove castings from molds and separate sand safely and efficiently in a foundry environment. The candidate must ensure proper handling of hot castings, maintain productivity, and follow strict safety standards. Key Responsibilities Remove castings from sand molds after cooling Operate shake-out equipment and related tools Separate sand from cast components efficiently Inspect castings for visible defects Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of excess sand Follow foundry safety procedures and PPE guidelines Coordinate with molding and finishing teams Department: Production Division: Casting Category: Speciality Skilled Worker High School / ITI qualification Foundry Safety Training (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry/casting operations Experience in shake-out process and sand separation Knowledge of casting handling and safety standards Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation) Benefits FAT Provided (Food, Accommodation & Transportation) Overtime as per company policy
