Job Location: Kuwait Position: Head Waitress Salary: KWD 200 + KWD 25 Meal Allowance Benefits: Company Accommodation + Transportation Job Summary We are looking for experienced and professional Head Waitresses to join a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong restaurant service experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team. Ensure smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations. Welcome guests and ensure a high standard of customer service. Assign tables and coordinate staff during busy service periods. Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns professionally. Train and guide waitstaff on service standards and procedures. Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards are maintained. Monitor table setup, orders, and overall guest satisfaction. Support the restaurant management team as required. Requirements Previous experience as a Head Waitress, Senior Waitress, or similar supervisory role. Excellent English communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Good physical fitness and professional presentation. Minimum height: 5'4". Preferred age: 21–30 years; candidates above 35 may be considered based on experience. Willingness to learn and adapt.
