If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Frontend Engineer.Be part of the movement - and play your part.  About the role As a Frontend Engineer at DFDS, you will join a high-performing, cross-functional product team dedicated to building our new Control Tower, a critical, brand-new internal booking and operations platform built completely from scratch.You will work in a modern, scalable architecture supported by 3 dedicated backend teams delivering microservices. Within the core product team, you will collaborate daily with 3 other frontend developers (1 mid-level, 1 senior, and 1 lead, with plans to expand with a student helper later), 2 product designers, a dedicated Product Owner, and a shared Agile Coach, while utilizing QA engineering support from our backend chapters. We emphasize working closely as a unified team where we actively support and learn from one another, allowing us to maintain a high-quality codebase while delivering fast in an agile fashion.On a day-to-day basis, you will:<ul><li>Develop Greenfield Features: Write clean, modular UI components for a complex operational dashboard using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.</li><li>Collaborate in Real-Time: Work side-by-side with product designers, frontend peers, and backend developers in our Copenhagen office to translate intricate logistical workflows into seamless digital experiences.</li><li>Maintain Code Excellence: Participate in constructive code reviews and keep our codebase clean, readable, and highly reusable by leveraging Tailwind CSS and ShadCN UI.</li><li>Leverage Modern Workflows: Utilize VS Code, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot to optimize your daily delivery pipelines.</li></ul>“We don’t build temporary fixes here.
