(Build algorithms and prototypes)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their Data pipeline/Business solution needs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create data solutions for analytics and data scientist team members</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive reusability, standardization, and continuous improvement of data systems by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reliability, and data acquisition</span><br></p></li></ul><h4><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit:</strong></h4><p></p><ul><li><p><span>2+ years of hands-on experience as data professional in a data analyst or data engineer role</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid knowledge of data automation and/or ELT/ETL tools or languages, such as KNIME, Alteryx, Pentaho, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good scripting or programming skills using any of programming languages, with Python as preference</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling</span></p></li><li><p><span>Devops experience with using GIT for developing and deploying code to production</span></p></li><li><p>Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>Why You Will Love Working Here:</strong></h4><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>Flexibility.</strong> Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)</p></li><li><p><strong>International teams.</strong> Teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun</p></li><li><p><strong>Culture.</strong> You’ll be joining a team where things move fast, ideas flow freely, and change is part of the everyday.
