<h2>Overview:</h2>SOFTSWISS is expanding its Marketing team and is looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer.We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values to join our creative team within the marketing department.<h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Design user-friendly and visually appealing corporate websites from scratch, ensuring an optimal balance between functionality, aesthetics, and business goals</li><li>Redesign and update existing corporate websites</li><li>Create high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing goals</li><li>Develop attractive and functional email templates, ensuring compatibility across different email clients and devices</li><li>Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualise website structures and user flows, using Figma</li><li>Conduct usability testing and user research to understand audience behaviour, gather feedback, and refine designs for better engagement</li><li>Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimised for different screen sizes and devices, maintaining consistent quality and user experience</li><li>Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure seamless implementation of designs that align with the company's goals and brand identity</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li>3+ years in a similar position, preferably within a marketing environment </li><li>Proven experience in UX/UI & web design for websites, landing pages, portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI design projects </li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma </li><li>Experience with responsive and adaptive design </li><li>Ability to create interactive prototypes and animations </li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript </li><li>Experience working with AI in design</li><li>English level: Intermediate or higher</li><li>Russian level: Close to native</li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Sports benefits</li><li>Comprehensive Mental Health Program</li><li>Free English lessons (online)</li><li>Local language courses</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Maternity leave support</li><li>Referral program rewards</li><li>Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events</li></ul>
