UX/UI Designer (LatAm)

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer with 5+ years of professional experience who is ready to take greater ownership of complex website projects, contribute to strategic design decisions, and help elevate the quality of work across the team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will independently lead the design execution of assigned projects, from initial concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and developer handoff. You'll collaborate closely with creative leadership, project managers, developers, and other designers to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and client objectives. You will also play an important role in maintaining high design standards, contributing to client presentations, and providing guidance and constructive feedback to fellow designers, without formal team management responsibilities. Portfolio required for consideration. Who You Are Experienced with UI design tools including Figma Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user-centric design solutions Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes Design generalist with the ability to work on other design-related projects, which can be more focused on graphic or editorial design. A true team player who can work closely with others A keen eye for detail, while combining functionality and aesthetics Ability to discuss and explain design options Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Interested in learning new skills and keeping up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface. Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1:1 and group meetings, both internal and client facing At a minimum, basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 What You'll Do Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces Design and develop visually appealing webpages, ensuring a seamless user experience Work within and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system, ensuring brand guidelines and design patterns are followed across all digital platforms Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality Create original graphic designs (e.g. social posts, display ads, emails) Proactively report to internal managers and manage your schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.
