Team Lead - NYC ($30/hr)

About the role We are hiring Team Lead Brand Ambassadors for active street marketing campaigns across New York City (Availability to work in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens) This is a working leadership role where you will distribute flyers while supervising a small team of Brand Ambassadors during live shifts. You will help keep the team organized, make sure campaign instructions are followed, and report results after each mission. This is an outdoor, fast-paced role, so reliability and leadership are important. We are currently expanding our NYC team for a high volume campaign and looking for reliable Team Leads to support field operations Responsibilities Lead and support Brand Ambassadors during campaigns Distribute flyers while supervising the team Train new team members on site Confirm attendance and keep shifts organized Monitor performance during the mission Pick up materials from our Williamsburg office when needed Handle basic app troubleshooting Send daily reports to the Operations team Requirements Requirements Experience in promotions, events, canvassing, sales, or field marketing preferred Team lead/supervisor experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors for several hours Comfortable managing small teams Smartphone with internet access required Available to work in NYC (Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens/Bronx) Weekend availability is a plus Benefits Position details Contract role for ongoing marketing campaigns Current campaign expected to run for the next 3 months Weekly missions available through our platform $30/hour for Team Leads Consistent work available for active team members Some candidates may start as Brand Ambassadors before leading a team Quick interview and fast onboarding Immediate start available Interested?
