Senior Product Manager – Product & Experience Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Product & Experience | Type: Permanent Shape meaningful products that improve customer outcomes across financial services and energy. The Role As a Senior Product Manager within Capco’s Product & Experience practice, you will lead product strategy in complex, regulated financial services environments, with AI and data as core enablers of value. Working closely with clients and Capco teams, you will create products and experiences that are valuable, usable, and commercially sustainable. This role requires a Product Manager who not only builds AI -enabled products, but actively uses AI as part of their own workflow - from discovery and insight generation through prioritisation, delivery, and continuous optimisation. Operating at the intersection of financial services expertise, product leadership, and applied AI , you will help clients move from experimentation to scalable, production-ready outcomes. What You’ll Do   Lead financial services client engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional Capco teams locally and globally  Define and deliver  AI -enabled product strategies for regulated financial institutions, including clear value propositions, roadmaps, and commercialisation approaches  Own products end to end across the full lifecycle -from discovery through delivery and iteration -across lending, payments, savings, wealth management, advisory, onboarding, servicing, and customer communications  Identify and prioritise  AI , GenAI, and agentic  AI  use cases across customer, risk, and operational domains, delivering measurable commercial and customer impact  Partner with engineering, data, architecture, risk, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, production-ready products that meet regulatory, control, and assurance standards  What We’re Looking For   Proven experience delivering digital products or product portfolios across B2B, B2C, or B2B2C contexts within financial services  Strong domain knowledge across lending, payments, savings, insurance, pensions, advisory, wealth management, and investments  Demonstrated experience building or scaling  AI -enabled products, platforms, or features in production environments  Hands-on experience using  AI  within the Product Manager workflow, including discovery, research synthesis, prioritisation, experimentation, and stakeholder communication  Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders  Bonus Points For   Consulting experience within highly regulated industries  Experience contributing to proposition development, accelerators, or practice growth  Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, model governance, and compliance considerations impacting  AI -enabled product delivery  Why Join Capco Deliver high-impact product and experience solutions for leading financial services and energy organisations Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications Be part of a practice shaping the future of digital products and services Grow your career in a global consultancy that values inclusion and individuality We offer a competitive, people-first benefits package designed to support every aspect of your life: Discretionary bonus, competitive pension, health insurance, life insurance, and critical illness cover Mental health support including CareFirst, Unmind, Aviva consultations, and trained in-house first aiders Family-friendly policies including enhanced parental leave and paid leave for key life events Five weeks of annual leave with the option to buy or sell days Continuous learning including a minimum of 40 hours of training per year and a dedicated business coach from day one Inclusion at Capco We’re committed to making our recruitment process accessible and straightforward for everyone.
