To learn more, visit <a target="_blank" href="https://simple.life/?utm_source=greenhouse&utm_medium=hr&utm_campaign=job-postings&campaign_id=1&utm_content=1&adgroup_id=1&utm_term=1&ad_id=1">simple.life</a>.Right now we are looking for a talented Senior Product Analyst who enjoys exploring product metrics, uncovering insights, and helping drive growth through analytical thinking.If you like building from scratch, owning things end-to-end, and don’t need anyone hovering over you about what to look at next, you’ll probably feel at home here.<h3>What you’d actually do:</h3><ul><li>Own our key metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, refund rate) and make sure they’re defined and calculated in a way everyone trusts</li><li>Run A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to “here’s what we should do about it”</li><li>Build a LTV model using early signals and sensible assumptions</li><li>Dig into pricing experiments — help us understand the trade-offs between conversion, price, and long-term value</li><li>Analyze our web onboarding funnel and tell us where the biggest wins are hiding</li><li>Find non-obvious growth levers that move us toward sustainable unit economics</li><li>Lean on AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot — whatever works for you) to move faster</li></ul><h3>What we hope you bring:</h3><ul><li>Proficient with SQL - joins, window functions, CTEs without breaking a sweat</li><li>Python for analysis and light automation</li><li>Some experience with ETL / pipelines (Airflow, dbt)</li><li>Worked with a BI tool before (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI)</li><li>Understand subscription unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin</li><li>Solid grasp of A/B testing — proper design, sample sizes, and reading results honestly (especially in low-volume settings)</li><li>Proactive, comfortable in ambiguity, happy to own outcomes</li></ul><h3>Bonus points: </h3><ul><li>You already use AI tools in your day-to-day analytics work</li><li>Background in health, pharma, or digital health</li><li>Familiar with HIPAA / GDPR and what you can and can’t track in health data</li><li>Web onboarding funnel / paywall optimization experience</li></ul><h3>Perks and benefits:</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary package commensurate with experience;</li><li>Remote, in-office, and hybrid work opportunities;</li><li>The equipment you need to do your job;</li><li>A premium SIMPLE subscription;</li><li>21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (those observed where you live);</li><li>Flexible hours.
