In this role, you'll use AI to personalize and scale paid marketing across channels, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and supporting enterprise sales cycles. You'll work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to keep paid programs aligned with our overall strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, data-driven mindset, with deep expertise in full-funnel performance marketing. You’ll bring a validated POV on digital planning, media execution, ad operations, and stakeholder management, paired with the passion of a marketer, the insight of a strategist, and the drive of a doer. This position reports to the director of lifecycle marketing. 🦸🏻‍♀️ What you’ll do - Build and manage paid marketing programs across social, search, and display channels - Use AI tools to personalize campaigns and scale them efficiently - Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that target enterprise accounts - Partner with sales to support long enterprise sales cycles - Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media with brand, content, and lifecycle initiatives - Set up and optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation - Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact - Manage agency and vendor relationships ⭐️ What you need - 5+ years of paid marketing experience, including ABM and enterprise-focused campaigns - Experience using AI to personalize or scale marketing programs - Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how paid media supports them - Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams - Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others) - Strong analytical skills — you turn campaign data into budget and targeting decisions - Communicates clearly across marketing, sales, and product, and keeps stakeholders aligned on goals and results 🍩 Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees) - Generous PTO, plus company holidays - Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family - Paid parental leave for all parents (16 weeks) - Fertility and family planning support - Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri https://www.galleri.com/partner/writer - Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options - Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution - Annual work-life stipends for: - Wellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc. - Learning and development stipend - Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites - Competitive compensation, company stock options and 401k WRITER is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to diversity.
