Als Senior Financial Accountant (m/w/d) bei Wooga arbeiten Sie eng mit Führungskräften und funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um die finanzielle Genauigkeit zu gewährleisten und strategische Erkenntnisse zu liefern. Sie berichten direkt an den Finance Manager von Wooga und arbeiten eng mit unserem Hauptsitz in Israel zusammen. Dabei spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erstellung von Jahres- und Steuerabschlüssen, der periodischen Berichterstattung sowie bei einflussreichen Ad-hoc-Projekten. In dieser Funktion tragen Sie dazu bei, datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen und die Finanzprozesse zu optimieren, die das kontinuierliche Wachstum und den Erfolg von Wooga vorantreiben. Über die Rolle Leitung der End-to-End-Erstellung und Offenlegung von Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalem deutschen HGB und US-GAAP. Mitwirkung an Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie der SOX-Compliance – Prüfung und Pflege des internen Kontrollsystems. Erstellung und Einreichung umfassender Körperschaftsteuererklärungen unter Sicherstellung der korrekten Erfassung aller Abzüge und Steuergutschriften. Verwaltung und Übermittlung erforderlicher periodischer statistischer Meldungen an Regierungsbehörden und Aufsichtsorgane. Erster Ansprechpartner für externe Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerbehörden bei Routineprüfungen oder Anfragen. Mitwirkung an Sonderprojekten wie Systemimplementierungen, Prozessoptimierungen oder Finanzanalysen. Interne Beratung zu steuerlichen Auswirkungen bei geschäftlichen Entscheidungen und Änderungen der Steuergesetzgebung. Über Sie Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Volkswirtschaftslehre (VWL) oder einem verwandten Fachbereich Erfahrung mit US-GAAP sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen HGB (German GAAP) Fundierte, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuer- oder Buchhaltungsfunktion in einem internationalen Umfeld Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Bilanzierungsgrundsätzen und -konzepten Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint (Fortgeschrittenen-Niveau), einschließlich Google Tabellen und Präsentationen Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und KI ist von Vorteil Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch, mit der Fähigkeit, Ideen verschiedenen Abteilungen effektiv zu präsentieren Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch, mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit deutschen Behörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern zu kommunizieren Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch effektiv im Team zu arbeiten Vertrautheit mit Oracle ERP sowie Kenntnisse in Oracle EPM sind von Vorteil Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement.
