About the role The Project Management Coordinator role is essential for maintaining the structure and rhythm of our high level advisory work. In this position, you will support our principals as we assist a major regional logistics and transportation group through a complex transition of their operating model. You will provide the organizational support needed to ensure that our strategic recommendations are tracked, documented, and moved toward a final decision. About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups and government entities. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis over traditional office overhead. What you will do Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure that all mandate milestones are met on time. Support our principals in gathering research and data related to the logistics sector to help form a clear view on client challenges. Draft concise internal updates and reports regarding the progress of specific portfolio projects. Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure all data is accurate and accessible to the team. Monitor project risks or delays and communicate them clearly to the responsible partners. Assist in the preparation of governance documents and strategy materials for board level presentations. Track communication between our firm and client representatives to maintain a clear record of decisions made. Support the refinement of client operating models by documenting current processes and proposed changes. Strong writing skills with a focus on precision and the ability to communicate ideas without using corporate jargon. A high level of attention to detail when reviewing documents and project schedules. Curiosity about how large holding companies and regional logistics firms function at a governance level. The ability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively in a remote setting. Basic familiarity with digital tools for project tracking or a strong willingness to learn our specific methods.
