Project Leader | KSA | Oil & Gas

Location: Saudi Arabia (Jubail / Yanbu Preferred) Industry: Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Salary: SAR 10,000 – 12,000 Open Positions: 4 We are seeking an experienced Project Leader with strong expertise in petrochemical and oil & gas contracting projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in mega turnarounds, shutdowns, and mechanical/erection/industrial cleaning works within petrochemical plants. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage petrochemical / oil & gas site projects. Plan and execute Mega Turnaround, Turnaround & Shutdown activities. Coordinate with client representatives, planners, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Drive project progress while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage contract execution and handle client communications & negotiations. Supervise mechanical, erection, hydrojetting, catalyst handling, heavy lifting, and industrial cleaning activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations in hazardous petrochemical environments. Monitor site fabrication activities and specialized cutting operations (40K Pump / Cold Cutting). Maintain proper documentation and reporting. Required Experience Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting for Petrochemical / Oil & Gas sector . Experience in reputed contracting companies handling: Mechanical works Erection works Industrial cleaning in petrochemical plants Strong experience in plant turnaround & shutdown projects . Experience in Jubail / Yanbu region preferred. Similar petrochemical project experience in India may also be considered. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from a reputed institution). PMI Certification – Preferred Technical & Professional Skills Strong knowledge of: Hydro jetting Catalyst handling Heavy lifting operations On-site fabrication Petrochemical / hazardous work environments 40K Pump / Cold cutting operations Contract management Proficient in: MS Word & MS Excel Email communication Contract negotiations Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
