<h2>Overview:</h2>SOFTSWISS continues to expand the Sportsbook Product Team and is looking for a passionate Product Owner who is ready to take ownership of product areas that directly impact player experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.You will become part of a fast-growing international product company building one of the leading Sportsbook platforms in the iGaming industry. We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented professional who can transform ideas into well-structured product solutions and efficiently drive them from discovery to production. In this role, you will work closely with Risks, Operations, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to create features that improve betting experience, scalability, retention, and partner satisfaction.<h2>Purpose of the role:</h2>You will have the opportunity to influence product decisions, participate in strategic initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of a modern Sportsbook platform operating in multiple international markets. We value people who combine structured thinking, ownership mentality, and strong communication skills with genuine curiosity about product development and user behavior.What We Expect From You:<ul><li>Ownership mentality and proactive approach</li><li>Strong prioritization and decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams</li><li>Structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Focus on delivering measurable business value</li><li>Passion for solving product challenges through smart, pragmatic, and user-centric approaches</li></ul><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2>Product Delivery & Ownership:<ul><li>Own and manage the product backlog</li><li>Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical complexity</li><li>Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation</li><li>Ensure product quality and readiness throughout the development lifecycle</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders</li><li>Align product solutions with Risk Team, Compliance, CRM, and Operations</li><li>Facilitate communication between business and development teams</li><li>Participate in roadmap planning and sprint ceremonies</li></ul>Product Discovery & Improvement:<ul><li>Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and market trends Identify opportunities for UX, retention, and conversion improvements</li><li>Support hypothesis validation and experimentation initiatives</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and delivery practices</li></ul>Documentation & Communication:<ul><li>Prepare concise and structured product documentation (Product Vision, BRD, presentations)</li><li>Define acceptance criteria and ensure shared understanding across teams</li><li>Maintain transparency around priorities, risks, and delivery timelines</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital products</li><li>Experience in Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming products</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li><li>Strong skills in backlog management and requirements definition</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google, Slack</li><li>Upper-intermediate proficiency in English</li></ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>Understanding of sportsbook mechanics, odds, betting flows, or player behavior</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools</li><li>Technical understanding of APIs and integrations</li><li>Experience working with high-load or real-time systems</li><li>Knowledge of B2B/B2C Sportsbook approaches</li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours</li><li>Private insurance</li><li>Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year</li><li>Sports benefit</li><li>Comprehensive Mental Health Programme</li><li>Free online English lessons with a native speaker</li><li>Generous referral program</li><li>Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.</li></ul>
