Product Manager – Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and launch of innovative products that deliver strong customer value and business impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define product vision, create roadmaps, and ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define the product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects priorities and strategic direction. Execution & Delivery Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality product releases. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. Communicate product updates, timelines, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders. Gather feedback and align teams on product goals and priorities. Customer & Market Focus Deeply understand user needs and pain points using data, research, and feedback. Represent the voice of the customer in decision-making. Monitor product performance and continuously optimize. Data-Driven Decisions Define and analyze KPIs, usage patterns, and product metrics. Use insights to drive iterative improvements and validate hypotheses. Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 3–6+ years of experience in product management or a similar role. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user‑centric design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications. Nice-to-Have Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments. Technical background or experience working with software development teams. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA, Tableau, etc. Experience in .
