About the Role We are a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency with 5+ years in the market, 30+ team members, and a growing portfolio of 200+ active clients. We help B2B companies scale profitably by generating qualified leads and reducing customer acquisition costs through data-driven paid advertising and signal-based outreach strategies. As Performance Marketing Manager , you take full end-to-end ownership of large-scale ad accounts across Paid Search and Paid Social — managing seven- to eight-figure annual budgets for clients spanning B2B SaaS, IT services, energy, and publicly listed enterprises. This is a high-autonomy role with room to specialize and grow fast within a results-driven team. What You'll Do Own entire advertising accounts independently, making strategic decisions on account development and budget allocation Strategically plan and build new ad accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex industries and business models Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — with the option to specialize in one or more channels Monitor all relevant KPIs continuously and act decisively when spotting inefficiencies or untapped growth potential Collaborate with a high-performing team to share learnings, refine processes, and push campaign performance further What We're Looking For Required: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Proven experience managing seven- to eight-figure annual advertising budgets across multiple channels Strong proficiency in both Paid Search and Paid Social advertising — this is a dealbreaker Practical experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Ability to independently manage accounts, budgets, and client strategies without heavy supervision Analytical and proactive working style — you spot problems and opportunities before they're pointed out German language proficiency (required for client communication) Willingness to work in a hybrid (Berlin office + remote) environment Nice to Have: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) Familiarity with reporting dashboards, data enrichment tools, or marketing automation workflows Background in or exposure to B2B SaaS or IT services industries Compensation & Benefits Salary: €50,000 – €80,000 per year (depending on experience) High-autonomy role with direct impact on client results and company growth Clear processes and a collaborative team environment to support fast professional development Hybrid work model based in Berlin Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
