Melting Shop Ingot Supervisor - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Melting Shop Ingot Supervisor to oversee melting operations and ingot production activities. The candidate will ensure smooth furnace operations, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise melting and ingot casting operations Monitor furnace parameters such as temperature and charging process Ensure correct raw material charging and alloy composition Maintain production targets and quality standards Coordinate with quality control and production teams Ensure proper handling of molten metal Maintain daily production and furnace records Enforce shop floor safety procedures Lead and guide melting shop operators and workers Department: Production Division: Melting Category: Supervisor Diploma / B.Tech in Metallurgy (Mandatory) Furnace Operation Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 6–8 years of experience in melting shop operations Strong knowledge of furnace operations and ingot casting process Experience in handling molten metal safely Knowledge of metallurgical quality standards Leadership and supervisory experience Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
