Marketing Analyst

In this role, you will Analyze paid marketing campaigns across channels, regions, and creatives Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness: CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance Respond fast to marketing alerts: confirm whether an issue affects all traffic or a specific source and which metric is hit Provide actionable recommendations on campaign optimization and budget allocation Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking It’s all about you Hands-on experience monitoring key metrics together with marketing and product teams, spotting anomalies and turning them into recommendations for managers Solid understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, retention) and attribution models (last-click, multi-touch) Confident SQL Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) Strong problem identification skills, critical thinking, and a clear view of cause-and-effect relationships Ownership mindset: you set your own goals, check progress without waiting for a review, and bring your own hypotheses Clear communication: you can turn complex findings into business decisions Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) Would be a plus Experience with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer or similar) Background in both marketing and analytics roles What we offer Care and support 20 paid days off, 15 days off due to sickness, and 6 extra days for family moments that matter Up to 10 additional days off for public holidays 100% medical insurance coverage Sports and equipment reimbursement Financial and legal support when you need it Maternity Recovery Support Allowance Position retention and support for teammates who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine Active participation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine Team spirit beyond the screen: company marathons, themed masterclasses, and teambuildings people actually look forward to Comfortable environment Fully remote cooperation: our processes are built around it.
