Role Summary:We are looking for a Level 1 Full Stack & Mobile App Developer who can work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with the team to develop and maintain web and mobile applications. You will contribute to building mobile and web applications from initial requirements through deployment, enhance existing systems, and deliver functional solutions, with guidance and review from senior developers when needed. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and project expectations Work collaboratively with other engineers across the stack to deliver assigned features Coordinate with graphic designers to implement UI and design elements Develop and implement product features with guidance, following best practices for performance and security Assist in setting up and maintaining basic CI/CD processes using established standards Help maintain and improve existing applications and systems Deliver assigned tasks ranging from front-end UI enhancements to back-end feature development Research and apply new tools or technologies as needed to support development tasks Assist in creating and maintaining databases and server-side functionality Ensure applications function correctly across supported web and mobile platforms Develop and integrate APIs based on defined specifications Deliver clean, maintainable code while working within a Lean/Agile development environment Qualifications: We are looking for developers who can pick up technology quickly and are comfortable jumping into various platforms and various code bases.
