Responsibilities<ul><li class="MsoNormal">As a Junior/Mid Fullstack Developer, you will be developing and maintaining web applications using .NET/C# on the backend and React on the frontend;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be implementing new application features, APIs, UI components, and integrations, ensuring clean and maintainable code;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be supporting the development of AI-enabled features, such as assistants, document-based Q&A, summaries, analysis, or workflow automation;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be working with LLM-based tools and APIs, helping integrate AI capabilities into business applications;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be supporting simple RAG or knowledge-based solutions, where AI generates answers based on provided documents, data, or context;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be helping create reusable AI workflows, prompts, or “skills” for repeatable business tasks;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be collaborating with developers, product stakeholders, and business users to translate requirements into working software solutions;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be testing, validating, and improving application features, including AI-generated outputs where relevant;</li><li class="MsoNormal">You will be using modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, to support coding, debugging, documentation, and research.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li class="MsoNormal">Commercial or strong project experience with C#/.NET, enabling backend development of business applications;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience with React and JavaScript or TypeScript, enabling development of modern frontend interfaces;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, application integrations, and basic software architecture;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Practical interest or initial experience in building AI-enabled application features using LLMs or similar tools;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Basic understanding of RAG, AI-in-the-loop, prompts, and the use of external knowledge or documents in AI-based features;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Awareness of common AI-related risks, such as hallucinations, data privacy, security, and the need to validate AI-generated outputs;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience using AI tools in the software development process, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with new AI-related technologies and approaches;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Good command of English, enabling clear communication in an international environment.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li class="MsoNormal">Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience with vector search, knowledge-base search, document processing, or AI assistants;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience building chatbots, document Q&A tools, automation workflows, or AI-supported business features;</li><li class="MsoNormal">Own AI-related project, demo, GitHub repository, or portfolio showing practical use of AI in software development.</li></ul>
