Estamos em busca de uma Pessoa Engenheira de Software Sênior para atuar na construção de soluções escaláveis, robustas e de alto impacto para clientes globais. Procuramos alguém com forte experiência em desenvolvimento Back-end, visão arquitetural, capacidade de liderança técnica e paixão por resolver problemas complexos. Requisitos Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em nosso escritório de Campinas, SP Experiência de 5 anos ou mais em desenvolvimento de software com foco em Back-end Experiência sólida com Java e Spring Framework Vivência na construção e manutenção de sistemas distribuídos e arquitetura de microsserviços Conhecimento avançado em desenvolvimento e integração de APIs REST Vivência com pipelines e práticas de CI/CD Experiência com serviços AWS, especialmente: ECS Lambda Step Functions Forte capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas complexos Experiência atuando em ambientes ágeis utilizando Scrum ou outras metodologias ágeis Vivência liderando iniciativas técnicas, projetos ou apoiando o desenvolvimento de outros profissionais Inglês avançado Diferenciais Conhecimento em Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experiência com AWS CloudFormation Experiência com Docker e conteinerização de aplicações Vivência em arquiteturas cloud-native Experiência com observabilidade, monitoramento e otimização de performance Participação em definições arquiteturais de sistemas de alta disponibilidade Experiência em processos de modernização e transformação tecnológica Atuação prévia como mentor(a) ou referência técnica em equipes de desenvolvimento #LI-GP1 At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.
