Monks is looking for an Integrated Producer to lead end-to-end creative production initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative production professional who can bring together creative, strategy, account, and operational teams to deliver impactful integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets. The Integrated Producer will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing projects from brief to final delivery while ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless execution. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, video, and other creative channels. Partner with clients, account teams, creative teams, and production specialists to translate briefs into actionable production plans. Own project timelines, workflows, deliverables, and communication across multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas are executed effectively while balancing timelines, budgets, and production realities. Develop production plans, estimates, resource requirements, and project schedules. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, production partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Manage creative reviews, feedback cycles, approvals, and final asset delivery. Support localization and adaptation of global brand assets for regional markets while maintaining brand consistency. Proactively identify production risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Build strong relationships with clients by providing transparency, proactive communication, and exceptional delivery. Stay updated on emerging production technologies, creative trends, and new ways of delivering impactful brand experiences. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in integrated production, creative production, project management, or client services within an agency, production house, or marketing environment. Proven experience managing creative campaigns from brief through final delivery. Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows across digital, social, video, and content formats. Experience collaborating with creative, strategy, account management, media, and technology teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and attention to detail. Experience working with global brands and managing localization or regional adaptation requirements is preferred. Strong understanding of production planning, vendor management, budgets, estimates, and timelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and manage expectations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with teams across different regions and time zones. Curious mindset with an interest in emerging technologies, production innovation, and evolving creative practices.
