Insulation Worker / Technician (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

We are looking for experienced Insulation Workers / Technicians to support our factory and site operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves fabrication and installation of insulation systems for turbines and other industrial equipment. Candidates must have hands-on experience in insulation lagging and mattress works and be able to work in industrial site environments while maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities Fabricate and install insulation mattresses Install insulation systems on gas and steam turbines Perform insulation lagging works on industrial equipment Support sheet metal cladding works (if experienced) Follow safety procedures and company standards Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete tasks on time Experience: Proven experience in insulation lagging works (mandatory) Experience in gas turbine and steam turbine insulation (preferred) Industrial site experience Experience in insulation mattress fabrication and installation Sheet metal cladding knowledge is an advantage Skills: Ability to work at both factory and site Must read, write, and understand English and Hindi Working Conditions 8 hours per day Monday to Saturday Overtime paid as applicable Factory & site-based work in Abu Dhabi Possible international deputation Salary & Benefits AED 1,600 – 1,850 (based on experience) Company accommodation Company transportation Medical insurance 30 days paid annual leave Annual return air ticket Benefits as per UAE Labor Law
