We are searching for someone who mirrors our dedication and professionalism.<h2>Purpose of the role:</h2>As a FullStack Developer (WordPress), you will be responsible for creating fast, scalable, and visually polished web solutions using modern PHP and frontend technologies. You will play a key role in developing custom themes, plugins, and interactive user experiences while contributing to technical architecture, code quality, and continuous improvement of development workflows.<h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Develop and maintain custom WordPress solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.</li><li>Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend functionality.</li><li>Integrate third-party services and APIs to support product and business needs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.</li><li>Improve code quality, development workflows, and overall platform performance using modern tools and AI-assisted development practices.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li>Strong commercial experience with WordPress development.</li><li>Good knowledge of PHP 8+ and MySQL.</li><li>Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.</li><li>Strong adaptive and cross-browser layout skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).</li><li>Experience working with modern frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack).</li><li>Understanding of REST API and third-party service integrations.</li><li>Experience with Git version control.</li><li>Understanding of clean, maintainable, and scalable code principles.</li><li>Confident usage of modern AI tools in daily development workflow (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.).</li><li>English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+)</li></ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.</li><li>Experience with frontend animations and interactive UI (CSS animations, GSAP, three.js, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.</li><li>Basic experience with Docker and CI/CD processes.</li><li>Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.</li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours</li><li>Private insurance</li><li>Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year</li><li>Sports benefit</li><li>Comprehensive Mental Health Programme</li><li>Free online English lessons with a native speaker</li><li>Generous referral program</li><li>Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.</li></ul>
