Operating under the “We Code Success” principle, we prioritize the success of our clients, consultants, and partners.  <div><h4>About project: </h4></div><div>We are looking for a Fullstack Developer for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.</div><div><h4>Responsibilities:</h4></div><ul><li>As Fullstack Developer you will be designing, developing, and enhancing scalable applications as part of a cross-functional Scrum team, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements;</li><li>You will be conducting structured peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices;</li><li>You will be developing comprehensive unit tests and ensuring high test coverage, supporting application quality and long-term maintainability;</li><li>You will be building and maintaining automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery processes;</li><li>You will be collaborating with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers during backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective Agile delivery; </li><li>You will be refactoring and optimizing existing codebases, improving application performance, scalability, and maintainability;</li><li>You will be troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems;</li><li>You will be maintaining clear technical documentation related to feature behavior, validations, and design decisions, ensuring knowledge sharing and traceability;</li><li>You will be contributing to improvements in development processes and engineering best practices, supporting continuous team and product enhancement.</li></ul><div><h4>Requirements:</h4></div><ul><li>2+ years of experience working in Agile or Scrum development teams, ensuring familiarity with collaborative software delivery practices;</li><li>Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;</li><li>Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java JavaScript or Python, enabling development of scalable application components;</li><li>Experience writing unit and integration tests as part of daily development activities, ensuring software quality and stability;</li><li>Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Cypress Playwright or JUnit, enabling efficient automated testing processes;</li><li>Familiarity with API testing and backend service validation, enabling reliable integration and system verification;</li><li>Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows, enabling participation in modern software delivery processes;</li><li>Experience working with version control systems such as Git, ensuring effective collaboration and code management;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, enabling effective troubleshooting and solution design;</li><li>Effective collaboration and communication skills, enabling smooth cooperation within cross-functional development teams.</li></ul><div><h4>We offer:</h4></div><ul><li>Salary for work amounting to 55,000 – 65,000 PHP;</li><li>Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;</li><li>₱3,600 monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance;</li><li>HMO coverage from day 1 for you and 1 dependent;</li><li>Equipment provided;</li><li>Optical coverage;</li><li>Year-end leave monetization;</li><li>Gym subscription;</li><li>Monthly supply of coffee!</li></ul><div></div><div><h5>Please be advised that we will only contact selected candidates</h5></div>
