Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator (Remote) Location Remote Employment Type Contract (with potential to transition to full-time) Compensation USD $500â$1,200 per month , depending on experience, skills, availability, and location. About Us We are a venture capital firm backing ambitious founders building the next generation of technology companies. We work closely with entrepreneurs from the earliest stages, helping them grow through capital, strategic guidance, and access to our network. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones. Organize investor, founder, and partner meetings. Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries when required. Support internal operations, documentation, and process improvements. Maintain organized records, files, and internal knowledge bases. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and team meetings. Liaise with founders, investors, vendors, and external partners professionally. Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide general administrative support to the investment and operations teams. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and Notion or similar productivity tools. Nice to Have Experience working at a startup, venture capital, private equity, or technology company. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Affinity. Experience coordinating events or investor communications. Basic project management experience. Experience supporting multiple executives. What We Offer Fully remote work.
