<h2>Overview:</h2>SOFTSWISS is hiring a Employer Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. You’ll help strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and drive visibility across key markets through creative campaigns and consistent brand storytelling.<h2>Purpose of the role:</h2>You will lead the execution of the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand communication strategy, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience for current and future employees across digital channels, internal communications, events, and professional communities. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, HR, and Internal Communications teams, you will bring the Employer Brand to life through impactful campaigns, content, and communication initiatives that support talent attraction, engagement, and business growth. <h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Execute the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager, HR, and Internal Communications teams.</li><li>Translate the EVP, employer brand positioning, and key messaging into effective communication across all internal and external channels.</li><li>Develop and execute quarterly and monthly Employer Brand communication plans with clear objectives, KPIs, timelines, and communication channels.</li><li>Own the Employer Brand content strategy and editorial calendar across career pages, social media, digital platforms, and recruitment marketing channels.</li><li>Increase employer brand awareness and attractiveness across priority markets through integrated communication campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate internal communication initiatives from the Brand Team side, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and alignment with the corporate brand.</li><li>Develop communication toolkits, presentations, campaign assets, and branded materials to support recruitment, employer branding, and internal initiatives.</li><li>Organise and coordinate Employer Brand campaigns with external agencies and production partners, including briefing, creative development, production, quality control, and documentation.</li><li>Lead the production of communication assets, including videos, digital content, banners, presentations, branded merchandise, and campaign materials.</li><li>Support employee advocacy initiatives and strengthen the company's presence across professional communities and social platforms.</li><li>Support the company's participation in employer branding rankings, awards, conferences, university partnerships, and industry events.</li><li>Measure communication effectiveness and campaign performance, prepare KPI reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Build strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Internal Communications, PR, Recruitment, Brand Marketing, Design, and Events teams.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in Employer Brand, Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, or Strategic Communications.</li><li>Proven experience managing cross-functional communication projects from planning through execution.</li><li>Strong project management, stakeholder management, prioritisation, negotiation, and organisational skills.</li><li>Experience developing communication campaigns, content strategies, and digital communication initiatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, content marketing, and recruitment marketing.</li><li>Experience working with creative agencies and managing content and creative production.</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication performance and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Advanced English proficiency.</li><li>Advanced Russian proficiency.</li><li>High ownership, proactive mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.</li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Sports benefits</li><li>Comprehensive Mental Health Program</li><li>Free English lessons (online)</li><li>Local language courses</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Maternity leave support</li><li>Referral program rewards</li><li>Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events</li></ul>
