Key Responsibilities Requirements  Help align CX and Product Management teams by organizing customer feedback, product questions, and feature requests.  Draft and update customer communications through Intercom, email, in-app messaging, and help- center content.  Support product marketing materials such as product updates, FAQs, release notes, and customer education content.  Identify recurring customer questions and knowledge gaps, and recommend ways to improve communication and product adoption.  Maintain shared knowledge resources and provide concise summaries of customer insights to internal teams.
