And how.</span></p><p><strong>THE ROLE 📚</strong></p><p><span>CRM and Revenue Optimisation are the bedrock for sustainable growth for any B2B company. As our HubSpot and CRM capabilities accelerate rapidly, we are looking for a dedicated CRM Project Manager to act as the essential link bridging client strategy and seamless operational execution.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will serve as the core handler between our Client Leads and our Lead CRM Strategists. Your mission will be to take big-picture, strategic commercial scopes and translate them into digestible, well-structured tasks, timelines, and execution plans. Beyond project delivery, you will also serve as a crucial relationship manager with HubSpot, helping us manage our partner ecosystem, drive alliance opportunities, and fuel our commercial growth. This is a rare chance to step in during the early stages of a fast-growing offering and directly help shape how we deliver CRM success.</span></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong>&nbsp;💼</p><ul><li><p><span>Project Lifecycle Management: Own the planning, scoping, and end-to-end execution of significant CRM implementation and onboarding projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and on budget.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strategic Translation: Collaborate closely with Client Leads and Lead CRM Strategists to break down strategic vision into structured, actionable backlogs and project tasks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary interface between internal Precis teams (Media, Analytics, Strategy) and occasionally external vendors, facilitating clear documentation and smooth alignment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>HubSpot Alliance Management: Help manage our strategic partnership with HubSpot.
