Role Overview Lyra Health is seeking a licensed psychologist with exceptional clinical expertise to develop client-facing materials that teach evidence-based mental health skills. The role is centered on the development, management, and innovation of Lyra's digital self-care/prevention offering. What You Will Do Develop high-impact self-care resources, create customized content for key populations, contribute to member outreach, support AI tool development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements PsyD, PhD in Clinical or Counseling psychology Fully licensed psychologist with 2+ years of primarily full-time direct clinical experience post-licensure Excellent writing skills with demonstrated writing/content development experience Excellent training in and experience delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, MBCT, MBSR, CBT, DBT, IPT, EFT) Ability to apply experience with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and curriculum development to wellness programming Training and experience teaching skills groups directly to clients (DBT, CBT, MBSR) Experience as a mindfulness trainer/practitioner is preferred Experience providing evidence-based care for parents, adolescents, and/or children is preferred Strong training in and experience providing culturally responsive care is preferred Experience in mental health promotion/prevention interventions is a plus Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage (including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and disability insurances) Lyra for Lyrians; coaching and therapy services Equity in the company through discretionary restricted stock units Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidays Paid parental leave 401K with up to 3% matching Monthly tech allowance Originally posted on Himalayas
