Be part of the movement - and play your part.  About the roleAs our new Software Engineer in the Core systems part of the Logistics Tribe, you will play a key role in transforming and scaling our capabilities within the business. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating and transforming solutions that will scale, while also keeping an eye out for adding new capabilities for our end users, so they can service our customers even better.In this role, you’ll use your skills to design, build, and optimize systems that streamline our logistics business, ensuring that our services are fast, efficient, and tailored to the needs of those we serve. Your work will directly impact all our logistic planners and customer service agents who are responsible for making sure that freight goes where it needs to, when it needs, in the most cost efficient and environmentally friendly way possible. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business areas, ensuring that every solution is not only technically sound but also aligned with delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.We expect you and your team to take responsibility for the continuous modernization of the platform. Our current solution is a monolithic solution based on on-prem hardware. Long term, we are going to be evolving the solution towards an architecture centered around event driven, API first components in the cloud. This is a technical interview, and you will be expected to have completed an at-home exercise beforehand, lasting no more than 2 hours</li><li>June 22th - 26th we will do final rounds of interviews. This is a personality and culture fit interview, and you will be given some personality and aptitude assessments to complete before the interview.</li><li>We hope to have extended job offers to everyone we would like to join no later than July 8th.</li></ul>We look forward to hearing from you.
