We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait . Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies Follow recipes, portion standards, and company SOPs Handle cash/POS transactions if required Maintain food safety and hygiene standards Support smooth day-to-day café operations 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Salary : 200 KD ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Barista in cafés, restaurants, or hotels Good knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art Experience operating espresso machines and grinders Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic English communication skills Gulf experience preferred
