About the Role We're an early-stage, Munich-based startup building an AI-powered digital assistant for B2B sales teams. Our product automates the administrative burden of sales work — from meeting preparation and real-time note-taking (without audio recording, fully GDPR-compliant) to CRM updates and follow-up management — so sales professionals can focus on what they do best: selling. Our engineering team is small and moving fast. We're building a true multi-platform product: a React Web App , an Electron Desktop Client , a Swift Mobile App , and two backend services. As an Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) , you'll work side-by-side with founding engineers from the very beginning — learning deeply, contributing meaningfully, and growing quickly as you take on increasing responsibility. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. What You'll Do Learn from and support founding engineers on real, high-impact product work. Contribute to core features across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services. Receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders. Participate in product and architecture discussions from day one. Take on greater ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your strengths. What We're Looking For Required: Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React . Strongly preferred: Demonstrable experience in one or more of: mobile ( Swift ), desktop ( Electron/React ), or Web ( React/Node.js , REST/WebSockets). Proven track record delivering features that span multiple platforms (Web, Desktop Electron/React, and Mobile Swift) within a single product. Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. Experience participating in early-stage product discussions and influencing architectural or technical decisions. Active contributor to open-source projects, or a strong portfolio of side projects and extracurricular technical initiative. Strong CS fundamentals; a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where the roadmap evolves quickly. Willingness to work from our Munich, Germany office in a hybrid arrangement (on-site presence is required as part of this role). Location & Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany . Regular on-site presence at our Munich office is expected. Fully remote arrangements are not available for this position. About the Team & Culture Small, senior-calibre engineering team with backgrounds at top-tier enterprise software and consulting organisations. You'll have a real voice in shaping the product, the architecture, and the team culture from an early stage. 0–3 years of experience is the target range — this is an ideal role for a strong early-career engineer who wants to grow fast in a high-ownership environment.
