As Associate Director, Delivery Operations , you will be the owner of delivery efficiency and profitability in Brazil , sitting at the intersection of Delivery, Finance, and Resourcing. This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on operational leadership position , accountable for translating business targets into profitable, scalable, and high-quality execution . 👉 You will not report performance — you will shape it . Core Responsibilities 1. Delivery Excellence & Margin Ownership Own the end-to-end efficiency of delivery , ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and at target margins Actively validate scopes before and during execution , ensuring alignment between pricing, effort, and complexity Monitor burn vs. plan on a weekly basis , identifying risks early and driving corrective actions Partner with Finance and Account teams to ensure healthy unit economics across all engagements 2. Resourcing & Staffing Strategy Lead strategic staffing decisions , balancing quality, cost, and utilization Optimize resource allocation across hubs and local teams , prioritizing margin and scalability Prevent overstaffing and inefficiencies by aligning capacity planning with real demand Drive a culture of accountability on utilization and productivity 3. Operational Standardization & Governance Design and implement scalable delivery frameworks , playbooks, and best practices Bring consistency across teams, reducing variability in how projects are executed Establish clear operational governance , ensuring visibility, accountability, and predictability 4. AI & Automation in Delivery Drive the adoption of AI tools and automation across production workflows Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase output efficiency Partner with global teams to embed next-generation delivery capabilities 5. Cross-functional Integration Act as the bridge between Delivery, Finance, and Account Leadership Translate financial targets into clear operational actions Enable faster and better decision-making through data-driven insights What Success Looks Like Consistent improvement in project margins Reduced delivery inefficiencies and scope leakage Higher utilization and smarter staffing decisions Increased in-house delivery and scalability Stronger operational discipline across all teams Profile Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary delivery environments (creative, media, data, tech) Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing, and margin drivers Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically Comfortable challenging teams and driving operational accountability Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments Leadership Expectations Acts as an operator, not a coordinator Drives clarity, discipline, and execution rigor Influences without friction, but is comfortable making tough calls when needed Builds trust across teams while raising the operational bar Why This Role Matters Brazil represents a critical growth market with a complex operational landscape.
