Requirements At Sleek , we believe AI is transforming content marketing, but human insight and strategic thinking are what drive lasting impact. We are looking for an AI-Native Content Marketing Associate who is excited about the future of AI-powered marketing and eager to build next-generation content workflows for the Australian market. This role focuses on creating high-quality, SEO-, CRO-, and GEO-optimised content using a blend of AI tools and human insight. We are looking for someone that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months. Mission : Your primary mission will be to drive measurable growth in organic discovery, engagement, and conversions for the Australian market through AI-powered content operations, combining SEO, CRO, GEO, and human editorial excellence at scale. Outcomes: Outcome 1 ( 1 - 3 Months): Improve Organic Content Performance. You will focus directly on improving organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation across priority Australian content pages through high-impact SEO and GEO content initiatives. You will achieve this by optimizing existing pages for rankings, readability, and conversions , creating SEO-focused content aligned with user intent, and contributing directly to pipeline growth through your content optimization initiatives. Outcome 2 (3 – 6 Months): Build High-Performance AI Content Workflows. You will build scalable, high-quality AI-assisted content workflows that significantly improve content production efficiency while maintaining strong editorial, SEO, and brand standards. You will review and refine AI-generated content before publishing, maintaining absolute accuracy, clarity, and consistency across content, and reducing content production turnaround times. You will continuously improve prompting, editing workflows, and editorial QA processes, ultimately establishing best practices for AI-enabled content creation within the team. Outcome 3 (6–12 Months): Drive AI-Driven Discovery Growth. You will position Sleek ’s Australian content to perform strongly across emerging AI-driven discovery platforms and generative search experiences. This involves actively optimizing content structure, FAQs, and formatting for AI discoverability. You will drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and E-E-A-T improvements across priority pages while monitoring emerging AI search trends to apply insights to our content strategy. Must-Have Experience: Professional Track Record: 1–3 years of experience in content marketing. Editorial Excellence: Strong writing and editing skills in English. Search Literacy: Good understanding of SEO, with a curiosity to learn Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles. Commercial Focus: Strong interest in content that drives business outcomes, not just traffic. Team & Growth Alignment: Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving environment. Practical AI Tooling: Demonstrated interest and hands-on experimentation with AI tools for content creation, optimization, or workflow automation. AI Search Curiosity: Genuine curiosity about how AI is changing search and content discovery, backed by hands-on experimentation. Editorial Judgment: Ability and willingness to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs. Nice to Have: Familiarity with WordPress. Background in Accounting, Tax, or Financial Services. Must- Have Attributes: Ownership : Takes responsibility for content quality and follows through on tasks. Growth-oriented: Open to feedback, learning quickly, and improving continuously. Attention to detail : Ensures accuracy, clarity, and consistency in published content. AI-Native mindset: Actively experiments with AI tools and prompting techniques while understanding the strengths, limitations, and risks of AI-generated content. Applies strong editorial judgment to every output. Collaborative: Works effectively with content, SEO, and platform teams. Quality-focused : Maintains high standards even when working quickly or with AI-assisted workflows. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Content Generation: Create and optimise Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) focused content specifically tailored for the Australian market. Workflow Innovation: Experiment with emerging AI search workflows and actively contribute to the development of internal content best practices. Performance Optimisation: Improve content structure, clarity, discoverability, and conversion performance across digital channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SEO, Product and Marketing teams. Quality Assurance: Maintain high editorial, search engine, and brand quality standards across all published assets. Editorial Judgment: Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs by using strong editorial judgment.
